Our tours include an increased amount of walking, sometimes over uneven terrain, climbing stairs, or standing for extended periods. Travelers should be able to move into and out of ground transportation such as aircraft, boats, motorcoaches, or rail cars. Comfortable, sturdy shoes are recommended.

Cancellations
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If you are unable to join the Tour on the start date, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing a travel protection plan to cover non-refundable expenses and medical evacuation. If declined, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss.
Postponement/Interruption
We reserve the right to postpone or interrupt Tours due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will be limited to amounts recoverable from Suppliers.
Responsibility & Risks
We act solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers. We are not responsible for their actions, defaults, or delays. Travel involves risks; you release us from liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damages.
