Cancellations
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If you are unable to join the Tour on the start date, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing a travel protection plan to cover non-refundable expenses and medical evacuation. If declined, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss.
Postponement/Interruption
We reserve the right to postpone or interrupt Tours due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will be limited to amounts recoverable from Suppliers.
Responsibility & Risks
We act solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers. We are not responsible for their actions, defaults, or delays. Travel involves risks; you release us from liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damages.
