Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking a trip with Ask Travel World, LLC (“we” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. These terms apply to all tours and travel arrangements made through Ask Travel World, whether in person, over the phone, or via our website.
A deposit per person of the amount as advertised on the most recent flyer, and a completed reservation form are required to reserve space on the Tour. Upon receipt of the form and your deposit, we will confirm your trip in writing; however, we reserve the right to decline to accept any prospective participant. Final payment is due 90 days before departure unless stated on the flyer advertisement. If we do not receive full payment by that date, we may cancel your reservation and retain your deposit.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to cover all non-refundable trip expenses and a medical evacuation policy. If you decline, you will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. Travel insurance may protect against losses such as trip cancellation due to illness, natural disasters, supplier bankruptcy, terrorist incidents, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and stolen documents.
If you choose to cancel your reservation, we must receive written notice either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to info@asktravelworld.com. The following fees apply: All deposits, partial payments, and full payments are nonrefundable. If a delay prevents you from joining the Tour on time, you will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued, but you may join the Tour late. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, operational issues, or supplier decisions. Any such changes will be communicated as early as possible and will not result in a refund unless a substantial portion of the Tour is canceled without a comparable replacement.
We reserve the right to postpone the Tour for reasons including insufficient participation or other causes beyond our control. If we postpone, you may receive either (a) a full credit toward a future Tour within two years, or (b) a refund of what we recover from our suppliers within 90 days. If a Tour in progress is interrupted, we will refund what we receive from suppliers within 90 days of your notice.
You are responsible for checking all passport, visa, vaccination, and destination requirements. Many countries require passports valid for six months beyond your return date. Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime. Some countries require both parents’ consent for minors to travel.
We act as a sales agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, financial condition, or schedule changes. Your contract is with the supplier, and their policies may apply.
We are not responsible for acts of God, terrorism, pandemics, health hazards, or any other dangers beyond our control. You accept these risks and release Ask Travel World and its agents from any liability. For travel safety info, visit www.travel.state.gov and www.cdc.gov/travel.
We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a Tour for disruptive behavior, harassment, or endangering the safety of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and all return travel arrangements and expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Prices may increase due to airline, cruise, or government-imposed changes, even after booking. You agree to pay any such increases. Supplier cancellation terms may also apply.
We are the merchant on your credit card transaction. Our service is to facilitate payment to suppliers. You agree not to dispute charges or initiate chargebacks inconsistent with this agreement.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs if notified at booking. Travelers requiring help must bring a companion. We cannot assist with routine daily activities or physically lift passengers.
If you cannot authorize medical treatment, you permit us or our agents to do so on your behalf. We assume no liability for such actions and any care provided is done in good faith.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination cards, and identification, are valid and accessible. No refunds will be issued for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after your trip ends, and any legal action filed within one year. Jurisdiction is exclusively in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
Providing your credit card info authorizes us to charge for Tour payments under these Terms. All charges are subject to the stated refund policies.
By participating in a Tour, you grant us permission to use photos or video of you for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the trip.
