Our Aruba trip was a 5 Star experience. Even in the face of a pending blizzard, Travel World, through John Madden, adapted plans to Newark Airport that worked. The transfers from bus to airplane to Aruban bus to hotel were seamless. The choice of hotel was excellent and John was constantly seen checking with our travelers to see if any of us needed anything. The office personnel were helpful during the lead-up to our departure. We have booked previous tours with Travel World all of which were memorable and we didn’t have to worry about the details. We can’t wait until our next trip with Travel World of Scranton, PA.
